Interested in painting without any pressure? This four-week, judgement-free course for adults (ages 18+) invites you to spend your Wednesday nights painting peacefully while learning mediums like acrylic paint, molding paste, and copper leafing. Each student will work on their own painting and is welcome to choose their subject matter. No prior experience is required. All materials are included, but please bring your favorite reference photo :)

This class is taught by studio founder and teaching artist Christy Francis, a pop surrealist painter. Christy's work has been featured in a number of Buffalo-based galleries, including the Burchfield Penney Art Center Annual Gala and Art Auction, Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center Amid/In Western New York 2026 group exhibition, Revolution Gallery, and Wild Things Artisan Gallery.
